Delete your account and data
The Homeowner's Companion is offline-first today, so deleting your data means removing it from your device. Here is how.
Where your data lives
The Homeowner's Companion stores your inventory, photos, maintenance logs, and reminders directly on your device. There is no separate cloud account to delete today.
When optional cloud sync ships in a future release, this page will be updated with instructions for deleting your cloud account and synced copies, or for submitting a deletion request through support.
Delete on iPhone or iPad
Touch and hold the app icon on your Home Screen.
Tap "Remove App", then "Delete App", and confirm. iOS will remove all of the app's on-device data.
Delete on Android
Open Settings, then Apps, then find "The Homeowner's Companion".
Tap "Storage and cache", then "Clear storage" to remove all on-device data. To remove the app entirely, tap Uninstall.
Need help?
If you would like a copy of your data exported before deleting, need help with deletion, or want to request deletion of a future cloud account, email support@example.com.
